Arupadai Veedu Murugan Temple Marriage, Hall Cost, and Booking Procedure

Arupadai Veedu Murugan Temple, also known as the Six Abodes of Lord Muruga, is a group of six temples sacred to Murugan. The Hindu god Murugan is also called Kartikeya and Subramanya. The temples are situated in Tamil Nadu, India, and are major pilgrimage destinations for worshippers of Lord Muruga.

Arupadai Veedu Murugan Temple Marriage:

• The bride must be 18 years of age or older.
• The groom should be 21 years of age or older.
• Only Hindu-arranged marriages are allowed at this temple.
• Inter-caste arranged marriages are allowed.
• The application has to be collected from the temple office.
• Any listed person can collect the form, i.e., the bride’s or groom’s parents.
• Only the marriage registration fee has to be paid
• Inter-religious marriages are not allowed.
• Love marriages without parents’ acceptance are not allowed.
• Decoration and catering services can be performed outside the temple.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 months of booking is advisable.

• Required ID proofs for arranged marriages: Documents For Male And Female Partners
• Identity Proof / ID Proof: PAN Card, Driving License / Passport (Any one of them)
  Address Proof: Aadhar Card, Rent Agreement, Voter ID Card, Gas Bill, or Electricity Bill (Any one of them)
• Birth Proof: Class 10 Marksheet or Birth-Certificate
• Divorce Decree: In the case of a previous relationship, if the previous partners have taken a divorce, they have to submit the divorce decree for marriage.
• Death Certificate: This applies only to the partners in a previous relationship where one of the partners died. The living partner must submit the death certificate of the non-living spouse.
• Photos: 6–6 passport-size photos of male and female partners
• Documents For Witnesses
• Identity Proof (ID Proof): PAN Card, Driving License, or Passport (Any one of them)
• Address Proof: Aadhar Card, Rent Agreement, Voter ID Card, Gas Bill, or Electricity Bill (Any one of them)
• Photos: 2-2 photos of all the witnesses
