Marriage is allowed during temple opening hours. No Mantap decoration is allowed inside the temple.

Temple Marriage Procedure in Bangalore

Only Hindu arranged marriages are allowed at Temples near Bangalore. Here is the list of temples, where marriage can be performed

1. Chikka Tirupati Temple
2. Bangaru Tirupati near Kolar
3. Bhoga Nandeeswara Temple is 60 Km away from the Bangalore
4. Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple, Malleswaram
5. ISKCON Temple

Temple Marriage Booking Procedure

1. The Bride must be 18 years of age or older.
2. The Groom must be 21 years and above.
3. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards photocopies, School Mark sheet/ Birth Certificate, First Marriage certificate from VRA
4. Bride parents and Groom parent’s Aadhar Cards photocopies
5. Only Marriage permission charges will be collected during the enrollment process
6. The bride and Groom’s Parents’ presence is mandatory for the marriage
7. Booking opens on the 60th day from the date of the marriage
8. Only Knot tieing is allowed inside the temple, Other marriage arrangements have to be performed outside the temple.
9. Catering and mandap decoration are allowed outside the temple.
10. Marriage halls are next to the temple, with capacity varying from 50 to 200 members.
11. A minimum of 2 to 3 months of booking is advisable for the marriage halls.
12. A pre-wedding photoshoot is allowed at Bhoga Nandeeswara Temple.
13. Only one Marriage hall is available at Bangaru Tirupati

Marriage Registration Procedure

1. A receipt will be issued by the temple authority stating the marriage details.
2. This receipt can be used for marriage registration at their hometown
3. Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards, Birth Certificate/ Schoo mark sheets photocopies
4. Bride’s parents and Groom’s parent’s Aadhar Cards photocopies
5. Wedding Photos 3 Nos
6. Two witnesses along with their Aadhar Cards photocopies
