Basic Rules To Be Eligible For Marriage
- The legal age of the Bride must be 18 years and above.
- The Groom must be 21 years and above.
- Bride and Groom’s Aadhar Cards photocopies and 10th Mark Sheet/ Birth Certificate/ PAN Card/ Driving License/ Passport.
- Bride parents and Groom parents’ Aadhar Cards photocopies.
- A minimum of 1 to 3 months of advance booking is advisable.
- A receipt will be issued after the marriage with which marriage registration can be performed in their home town.
- The affidavit must be attested by Magistrate/S.D.M. or Notary Public with Register Entry No.
- (Voter I.card, Driving Licence, Aadhaar Card, Passport) one of these.
- Photograph (5-5 Passport size photo ) Boys & Girls both.
- . Witness 10rs stamp each 2, Two Witness With Voter I.card, Driving Licence, Passport, 2 Passport size photo (one of these).
- . If any party is a divorcee – A certified copy of the Decree of Divorce granted by the Court.
- If any party is a widow/widower – The Death Certificate of the dead spouse.
- No Impediment Certificate / NOC from the concerned Embassy and Valid VISA. Required for Only Other Country Marriage

Any person who has made an appearance at the marriage registration of the couple shall be a witness, and the witness must possess a valid PAN Card and a Proof of residence address.
