Wedding Resort Charges in Mahabalipuram

1. Beach venue: Rs. 5,00,000/- per session (05 hours)

2. Lawn: Rs. 3,00,000/- per session (05 hours)

3. Mandapam (wedding hall): Rs. 7,00,000/- per session (05 hours)

Wedding Resort Arrangements/ Decorations in Mahabalipuram

Venue arrangements and decorations will be charged an additional fee as per the requirements of the guest. In case the arrangements are made by the guest, charges for providing electricity will be additional.

COCKTAIL SNACKS:

Charges @ Rs. 850 plus applicable GST per person (2 Veg & 2 Non-Veg unlimited for 60 minutes)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Rooms:
1. The above special rates are per room per night and are valid for this transaction only.
2. The above special room rates are exclusive of applicable GST.
3. In the event of any increase in tax levies as per government regulation, the same will be applicable.
4. The rates quoted are non-commissionable and valid for this event only.
5. Check-in time is 15.00 hours, and check-out time is 12.00 hours.
6. The rooming list is to be given at least one week before the date of check-in

Food and Beverages:
1. All a la carte orders, including room service, soft drinks, liquor, laundry, mineral water bottles, telephone calls, etc., will be charged extra as per consumption.
2. In the case of a cocktail dinner, snacks will be served only after 19.00 hours in the venue.
3. Items served more than the agreed menu, at the request of the client, would be charged extra.
4. Liquor, soft drinks, soda, beer, etc., to be purchased from the resort Charges: As per menu or actual consumption.
5. Food shall be prepared only for over 10% of the number of guests guaranteed. Any deviation from the same will not meet the standards agreed upon.
6. For cocktail dinner arrangements, liquor, beer, soda, soft drinks, wine, aerated water, bottled water, and juices will be provided only from our end on a chargeable basis.
7. The hall or venue should be vacated on or before the end time agreed in this contract.
8. Liquor will be served within the times specified by the Excise Laws.


Liabilities:


1. The resort will not accept liability for any damage or loss of merchandise left in the resort before, during, or after the function.
2. Set-ups involving noisy activities like hammering or banging, loud cutting, etc., will be planned out in compliance with the hotel policy. No such activity will be allowed
3. After 21.00 hours in the halls or lawns
4. The management of the Chariot Beach Resort is not liable for any loss or damage to the client and his guest’s belongings during the event.
5. The client is liable for any damage caused to the Chariot Beach Resort property or equipment by the client, the client’s guests attending the event or the event management company employed by the Client.
6. The client is responsible for any damages done to the property in the case of outside props or equipment brought into the resort either by the guest or their affiliates. Any damage to the resort surfaces done due to the disregard of resort policy in this matter will be at the cost of the client.

Permissions required for the events:

1. Necessary Government Permissions have to be procured by the host or organizers wherever required for any purpose, e.g., fashion shows, DJ, live performances, product launches, etc., a PPL license would also be required in case of any events.
2. As per Tamil Nadu Government rules and regulations for any live dance performance, prior permission would be required from the PHONOGRAPHIC PERFORMANCE LICENSEE (PPL). If the performers are foreign nationals, then immigration clearance is mandatory.
3. As per the directive of the Honorable Supreme Court of India, playing of loud music and Live or recorded musical performances or recitals are not permitted beyond 22.00 hours
4. At the venue and the same is strictly applicable at the resort.
5. Fireworks are not permitted on the resort premises. If required, local authorities have to obtain special permission, and the client is fully responsible for losses and damages at the resort.
6. Please note that, as per Tamil Nadu Government rules and regulations liquor will be served only until 22.45 hours.

Additional Power Supply:

1. In case of a requirement for additional power supply, the generator can be brought in by the guest, or the same can be organized by the hotel on a chargeable basis.
2. If a DJ is arranged from outside, the generator can be brought in by the guest, or the same can be organized by the hotel on a chargeable basis.

BILLING:

1. A 50% non-refundable advance payment is to be made at the time of confirmation
2. 25% advance payment to be paid 45 days before the commencement of the event
3. A 25% balance advance payment is to be paid 30 days before the commencement of the event
4. Payment can be made in the form of NEFT, cash or credit card will be accepted for payments

CANCELLATION AND RETENTION POLICY:

1. In the event of cancellation or amendment of the booking after confirmation, it will carry a full reservation charge. Any rooms not utilized will be charged in full.
2. The confirmation is based on the mode of payment mutually agreed upon.
3. The entire advance paid would be forfeited if the conference is canceled after payment of the advance.
